This is How We Work – A Rough Guide To Our Terms and Conditions:
* First come first serve basis. Hurry up as our best photographers is limited!
* 30% of deposit from the total agreed amount should be paid to the service provider in order to lock the date for your events.
* Another 30% of the payment should be made to the service provider in two month time before the events date. If upon the confirmation, the event date is less than two months, a 50% deposit is required.
* Balance of the total amount (40% or 50%) should be paid to the service provider during the final product (album/DVD’s/Gifts) hand over Cash on delivery terms applied.
* If the photo shoot events happen to be outside of Kuala Lumpur (Klang Valley) but in any place over Malaysia, an additional charges of RM500 will be charge per day. Different rate applied to international clients.
* Accommodation and transportation i.e flight tickets for photographers should be arranged and provided by the clients OR our photographers may travel and accommodate by them self but a sum of traveling cost will be put on each quotations given.
* If the clients decide to cancel the agreements at any time before the events date, all of the deposit will be bereft due to cover the losses that the service provider has receive.
